Dele Tosh

Lead Instructor, Revenue Technology Specialist Program

Dele brings a rare combination of full-stack development, database architecture, business operations, and sales/marketing experience to the RTS program. As a founder and technologist, he's built the exact systems — CRMs, automation workflows, data pipelines — that RevOps professionals manage every day.

He designed this curriculum because he saw a gap: thousands of open roles, zero programs training for them, and a community full of talented professionals ready for the opportunity.

Yes. The program is 100% free for all participants. It is funded through grants and institutional support. There are no tuition fees, no income share agreements, and no hidden costs. Wraparound support may include transportation, meals, a loaner laptop, or emergency funds. It is assessed on a case by case basis.

Do I need a tech background?

No. This program is designed for career changers. If you can use email and a web browser, you have enough to start. We teach everything from the ground up.

Do I need a college degree?

No. We use skills-based admissions. What matters is your motivation, your commitment to the 10-week schedule, and your readiness to learn.

What kind of jobs will I qualify for?

RevOps Analyst, CRM Administrator, Marketing Operations Specialist, Sales Operations Analyst, Business Operations Associate, and Revenue Analyst. Entry-level salaries in Boston range from $55,000 to $70,000.

What's the weekly time commitment?

Monday through Wednesday in-person at ULEM in Boston (10 AM–4 PM), plus remote work on Thursdays and Fridays.

Will you help me find a job after the program?

Yes. Career support is built into every week of the program — not just the end. You'll build a portfolio, practice interviews with real hiring managers, and present at a Demo Day attended by employer partners. We continue providing placement support for 90 days after graduation.

When does the next cohort start?

Cohort 1 launches May 11, 2026 with 15 seats. We plan to run additional cohorts throughout the year. Attend an info session to learn more and get early access to the application.

I work full-time. Can I still do this?

The in-person days (Mon–Wed, 10 AM–4 PM) do require daytime availability. If your current schedule doesn't allow that, register for an info session and we can discuss options — including waitlisting for a future cohort with different scheduling.

What if I can't make this cohort?

We plan to run additional cohorts throughout the year. Register for an info session or submit an application and let us know your availability — we'll keep you in the loop for future start dates.
